How much does it cost?
Required costs:
Each share in the co-op is $105.00.  You are able to purchase up to 5 shares per month in the co-op.  If you wish to purchase more than 5 shares per month you will need to contact the Promise Co-op customer service at 573-346-7175.  To order your shares, click here.

In addition to your shares you will also need to maintain an active 800Link account.  This is the service that delivers the leads directly to you.  The cost of an 800Link account is $9.95 per month and will be charged to your card separately from your co-op shares.  (You order your 800Link account directly through this website when you order your co-op shares).  To get started, click here.

Recommended costs:
To build your business the right way it is recommended that you join www.XGoPro.com and have a www.mymangosteen.com website.

There is no need to create a website for your business.  Mymangosteen.com is your very own personal website that is designed to help you explain your business to others.  You will have your own web address that you will be able to send people to that will help explain what your business is. This is an important part of the 3 Step Plan system.  The cost for a mymangosteen personal website is $14.95 a month (or $129 a year) with a two week free trial and no setup fee.  However, if you Join XGoPro.com your mymangosteen.com website is included in that cost.

XGoPro.com will give you more advanced training for building and structuring your business the right way.  The cost of XGoPro.com is $29.95 a month (plus a one-time $10 set up fee).  This price includes your personal mymangosteen.com website.

What is the difference between the Promise Co-Op and a lead source program?
We are not a lead source program. We are a business building system with an advertising program for qualified prospects. We do not have a list of names and numbers that we sell to people. We use professional experience and expertise to purchase high-end advertising in bulk quantities at reduced prices. When people respond to the advertising, their contact information is sent directly to you from a 3rd party source (800Link). You are not purchasing leads from us; you are purchasing an advertising system.

How many shares should I start with and why?
If you are working the 3 Step Plan on a part-time basis, we recommend you start out with a minimum of 2-3 shares per month. This will give you a good number of people to begin working with without overwhelming you. If you are working this more on a full-time basis, we recommend 5 shares. For more advanced full-timers, you may want to consider more than five shares per month, as you will not only be working these people on your own, but will more than likely be working many of these prospects with your downline.

How do I receive my leads?
You can receive your leads through e-mail notification and/or have them sent to your back office at your mymangosteen website if you have one.  Contact 800Link to set these preferences.  However, we prefer that everyone make it a habit to also check their back office at www.800Link.com on a regular basis.  Just sign in at member log-in and access leads straight from there.  Leads stay in your back office for 30 days for your viewing. Of course we request that leads be checked and contacted within 24/48 hours of receipt.

What kind of a commitment do I need to make?
When you first order we require a 3 month commitment. After that you are on a month to month basis, when you wish to cancel you have to notify us in writing by the 8th of the month prior to the Co-op month you are canceling. You can do this by filling out a Cancellation form and faxing it to the office 573-346-0275 or sending an e-mail to customerservice@promisecoop.com you will get a confirmation number when the cancellation is complete. IF you do not get a confirmation e-mail with cancellation number you are not cancelled, you will need to contact our office at 573-346-7175. Cancellations must be in our office and receipt verified before the next billing cycle on the 10th. Since we are purchasing advertising for you in advance, there are no refunds.

Who will train me how to use the system?
Your first source of training in working your business should be your upline distributor/sponsor. In addition to the online training in this site, we provide live weekly conference calls and webinars and pre-recorded step-by-step conference calls and webinars that give you information and training on how to build your business. We also have a trained customer support staff that is available by phone, 9:00AM – 4:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday to help you get on the right track if you have any questions. Who responds to advertising?
If you have ever done your own advertising, you know how expensive, how time-consuming, and how risky it can be.

Virtually all of our respondents from our advertising are honestly looking for an extra income right now! They responded to a real business opportunity ad, and are waiting for a phone call from you. We are upfront in the advertising and never try to “trick” them into responding.

How long has the 3 Step Plan been around?
We have been advertising nationally since 1995 and aggressively promoting the 3-Step Plan® for over 10 years, so you will have more credibility when you call the people who respond to the advertising.

Does Promise Co-op™ advertise for any other companies?
No. This is the only company that we advertise with.

Is the Promise Co-op™ a multilevel company?
No.  The Promise Co-op™ is not in itself a multilevel company. This means that we will not lure your own people into pursuing some other profit center.

How many leads will I receive each month with the Promise Co-op™?
With the Promise Co-op™ you are purchasing a share in our advertising program not leads. The number of prospects you receive is totally dependent upon how people respond to the advertising. Obviously the more shares you purchase the more prospects you will receive. On average a share of advertising will yield between 4-6 prospects per month, however we cannot guarantee any certain number of prospects that you will receive since we have no control over when people will actually respond to the advertising.

What else do I need in order to work the 3 Step Plan?
Other than the cost of your shares and your monthly 800Link account, there are no hidden costs or fees. Below are listed other suggestions.

1. We recommend that you join XGoPro.com and have a personal mymangosteen.com website. 

2. You will need 3 way calling on the telephone you are using to work your business. (Consult your phone service provider if you are not sure if you have this feature on your phone). 

3.  Have access to a computer with internet access.

4. It is advisable to have unlimited long distance service on your phone. (Consult your phone service provider if you are not sure if you have this feature on your phone)

5. Have a binder or some sort of a contact management system to help keep your leads and prospects information organized.

I’m having trouble getting the training Webinars to play on my computer
Several things could be causing this problem.

  • poor internet connection.
  • You do not have the current updates or codecs installed.

  • Your Anti Virus or Firewall Program is blocking the to receive streaming video.

    I’m trying to play one of the training webinars and I get a message that says my computer is missing a codec
    You are probably trying to play a file that uses a codec that is not on your computer. When you try to play a file that uses a codec that is not on your computer, the Player tries to download the codec from a Microsoft server. If the codec is available, the Player installs it on your computer and then plays the file. If the codec is not available on the server (for example, because the codec wasn't created by Microsoft), the Player displays a message that your computer is missing a codec. If you are connected to the Internet, the message usually has a Web Help button that you can click for more information. If the Player can determine which codec you are missing, when you click that button, a Help topic is displayed that contains a link to WMPlugins.com, a Web site that lists a number of codecs that are available to download. The MPEG-2 and DivX video codecs and the ACELP.net and Ogg Vorbis audio codecs are examples of codecs that are not included in the operating system or the Player by default. For more information, see How do I find a codec?

    In some cases, the file you want to play uses a codec that isn't available or compatible with the Player. When that happens, the Player won't be able to play the file.

    Can I just listen to the training and webinars on the phone and not use a computer?

    The only way to listen to the Training or Webinars without a computer is to listen to them when they are done live.

    (All archived Training Webinars are in a Windows Media Format (WMA) and require a computer.)
